Community Guidelines

The short version

This is a place to learn and share honestly about cosmetic procedures. Be kind, be truthful, protect other people's privacy, and never present yourself as something you are not.

Never allowed

• •Harassment or appearance-based humiliation of any person.
• •Telling someone they are worthless, doomed, unlovable, or should harm themselves.
• •Content targeting minors, or photos of any person without their consent.
• •Doxxing or posting another person's private information or health records.
• •Medical misinformation, impersonating a clinician, or fabricated credentials.
• •Fake reviews, astroturfing, review extortion, undisclosed advertising, or referral spam.
• •Encouraging dangerous DIY procedures, extreme dieting, or unsafe body modification.
• •Selling prescription products or promoting unlicensed treatment.
• •Graphic surgical imagery without a content warning; graphic wound imagery is not allowed in general feeds.

Recovery content

Recovery discussions may describe swelling and bruising; use content warnings where the guidelines require them. Journals are personal experiences, not medical instructions.

Reporting and enforcement

Every post can be reported, including for non-consensual image use, which moderators treat with immediate takedown priority. Violations can lead to content removal, read-only restrictions, suspension, or bans.
